Healthy Snack Recipes

This is a page where you can contribute your healthy snack recipes and benefit from the contributions of other members of the age-well.org community. There won't be many recipes at first, but keep contributing and soon there will be a nice collection for all to share.

Eat Well to Age Well

Some people think that snacking is unhealthy and that we won't lose weight if we eat between meals. More recent knowledge is that eating smaller meals more often is a great strategy for losing weight, especially that hard to move fat around the middle. It is also necessary to eat every four hours if you are suffering from diabetes, so snacking is encouraged.

Keep active and exercise regularly if you want to lose weight and eat every four hours - little and often.

Finding quick and easy to prepare healthy snacks is one of the keys to improving your health and aging well. It is also necessary to find the right recipes so that those snacks do not ruin your weight loss strategies,

In this section you'll find healthy recipes which have been contributed by members of the age-well.org community.

Please feel free to contribute delicious healthy snack recipes you have tried and enjoyed. To enhance your contribution, please, feel also free to submit up to four photos, taking care to read the guidelines in the submission form regarding size, etc. so that the program won’t reject these. If possible please include the number of servings that the recipe makes, a list of ingredients (including measures and quantities), the preparation steps or cooking method and any other information that you think would be helpful to our readers.

We look forward to receiving your recipes and will publish an ebook with all contributions once we have enough recipes to do so.

Please Contact us so we can put you on our mailing list to receive the Ebook. Don't forget to include your name, location and any other information you'd like to appear with your contribution(s). You can contribute as many recipes as you like.

Quick and easy to prepare snacks please :-)
