Refreshing and Healthy Bone-Building Summer Snack

I just came across this easy and tasty snack idea on a website dedicated to bone health. Cut up some celery and apply slices and mix for a very healthy and bone-building snack which is alkalizing and full of nutrients which are good for the bones.


The article I read suggested spreading almond butter onto celery stalks and then lining a row of red grapes on top to make party finger-food.

If you can't get organic grapes and celery, which is preferable, make sure you wash very thoroughly to get rid of all the pesticide residues.
