Healthy Soup Recipes

This page is for the Age-well community to add their own healthy soup recipes. We all have our favourites - share yours!

Eat Well to Age Well

Soup is good for the soul. It warms you up on a cold day, it nourishes you when you are hungry and it helps to heal you when you are sick. There are so many different recipes to try and to share and I hope this page will eventually contain a few of the best. Quick and easy to prepare recipes are always welcome.

Please feel free to contribute delicious healthy recipes you have tried and enjoyed. To enhance your contribution, please, feel also free to submit up to four photos, taking care to read the guidelines in the submission form regarding size, etc. so that the program won’t reject these. If possible please include the number of servings that the recipe makes, a list of ingredients (including measures and quantities), the preparation steps or cooking method and any other information that you think would be helpful to our readers. We look forward to receiving your recipes and will publish an ebook with all contributions once we have enough recipes to do so.

Hearty, satisfying soup, there is nothing quite like it on a cold winter's day, But don't forget to add some delicious summer soup recipes!
