Slow Low Fat Shrimp Starter or Light Lunch
Slow Cooker Recipe
This is a healthy, delicious recipe which needs few ingredients.
For Six People
2 small cans tomato paste
3 level tablespoons of minced parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 16-ounce cans tomatoes
1 cup water
2 minced garlic cloves,
24 ounces frozen jumbo shrimp
Mix all ingredients, a part from the shrimp, into a slow cooker and cook for eight hours at medium heat.
50 minutes before finished stir in the shrimps and continue cooking.
Serve with rice.
