How can I show off the muscle under this layer of blubber?

by Les

I’m 58 and in good shape for my age. I’m happy with my figure except for one proble. My belly is as hard and muscular – under its thick layer of fat. I go to the gym regularly, use the wii and go to legs-bums-and tums workouts every week, sometimes twice. In addition I do crunches for 15 mins every morning and some evenings. I watch what I eat. Can I still get a six pack?

I have the same problem
by: Jenny

I have the same problem. I even had liposuction a few years ago but the fat came back, worse than before. I wouldn't mind only i read that this type of fat is bad for you. I am quite skinny in the legs and arms and my bum is tiny. I am at my wit's end.

Change your exercise routine
by: Anonymous

Hi Les,

What you really need is to change your exercise routine to include lots of fat-burning cardio, to blast off those extra inches. You are over-obsessing on the ab workouts. Your abs are obviously there beneath the layer of fat, do its your overall BMI which you need to reduce.
