Avocado and Raspberry Smoothie

1 Avocado
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup cranberry or cranberry and raspberry juice
1/2 cup orange juice

Blend together a peeled, pitted avocado, ¾-cup of raspberry (or cranberry-raspberry) juice, ¾-cup orange juice, and ½-cup frozen raspberries.

You’ll get a whopping 7 grams of fiber, 625 milligrams of potassium, no added sugar (20 grams total), and only 249 calories per 8 ounces.

By comparison, Dunkin’ Donuts 32-ounce Strawberry Fruit Coolatta contains 590 calories and 30 grams total sugar, minus the big amounts of fiber and other nutrients.
