The AgeWell Ezine is a monthly newsletter which will bring you up-to-date with new advances in the medical field concerning longevity and healthy aging. It will also include new products and reviews on these and feature articles, a short overview of new pages on this site and any special offers which have been brought to our notice since the last issue.
Readers are encouraged to send feedback on this newsletter and how they would like to see it develop, issues which they would like us to cover, both here and in the webpages of age-well.org.
There will also be a problem page where readers can share their questions about health, which we will answer. Other readers who have some advice to offer can also send in their responses to firstname.lastname@example.org
Authors are invited to request a copy of our Readers Guidelines and to submit articles on the subject of healthy aging. Strategies to age well and live a long, active life, including eating well, exercising regularly, quitting smoking, cutting down on alcohol, getting enough sleep, preventing age-related illnesses, keeping mind and brain active & looking younger.
Other areas of interest to a readership concerned with reaching their potential during their latter years and living their lives to the full will also be welcome. Authors might like to use this channel to include a link to their own website where readers can find more in-depth information on the subject matter.
Healthy aging is defined as living a longer, healthier life. And many studies have documented the link between a healthy diet and the prevention of age-related or chronic diseases.
