Go Nuts to Lower Cholesterol and CRP

by Jude
(Boston)

To protect your heart, include nuts to increase your levels of good cholesterol as the good cholesterol counteracts the negative effects of bad cholesterol. The idea is to make sure you have a high, good to bad cholesterol Ratio. Nuts are good because they also lower CRP. The best nuts for health are walnuts, almonds and macadamia nuts. When baking cakes add nuts, when preparing ice-cream, add nuts. Bake with ground nuts instead of flour for healthier meals.
