Spend as much time as possible out of doors. The suns rays and a little exercise and fresh air will do wonders for your mood and help reduce your stress levels and it will put a whole new slant on the things which previously were distressing you. This technique makes a mountain into a molehill when it comes to the problems which were previously overwhelming you. They will now underwhelm you and you will wonder what all the fuss was about. You will be less sressed, feel more energetical and ready to face what ever life throws at you. I promise.
