Bananas are a great mood enhancer, but not great for the scales...
I've been eating Bananas every day for the past few years since I read they are good for cheering you up and enhancing your mood. I had a problem with depression so i decided to eat the right foods and i drink St. John's Wort tea. The problem with bananas is that they are fattening as they are full of sugar. Somebody suggested i each plantain bananas instead. Is there any evidence that they actually do contain less sugar and how do you prepare them? Anyone got any recipes? I was told that they are not good to eat uncooked.
